Open the packaging, remove any silicone and stickers you see near the mouthpiece and/or near the charging port, and breathe in and out naturally. There is no button or anything else you need to do.

Take 5-10 breaths whenever desired.

They are as simple as it gets:

Vegetable Glycerin USP, Deionized Water, Organic Fruit Flavor Extract (Water, Organic Ethyl Alcohol, and Natural Flavors), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)

We NEVER use: Nicotine, Tobacco, Vitamin E Acetate, Cannabinoids, Propylene Glycol, Diacetyl, or Acetyl Propionyl

All of the ingredients are sourced from certified labs and the formula is made in America under GMP and ISO conditions. The diffusers themselves are made in China in ISO clean room GMP conditions.

We don't use propylene glycol, or flavors with diacetyl and that sacrifices some flavor intensity in favor of avoiding those chemicals. Additionally we use natural, organic flavoring extracted from the fruits and plants they correspond to. This creates a more mellow and natural taste that is also more subtle. We made these choices because we use these products ourselves and these are the ingredients we are most comfortable putting in our bodies.

We have three flavors to choose from. Pineapple, Mint, and Mango. The flavors are more subtle than other brands because we use organic plant extracts and do not use Propylene Glycol as a carrier. We chose this because we consider these cleaner and more natural ingredients, but this means a more subtle flavor compared to artificial flavors in high concentrations carried by Propylene Glycol.

No. Our products do NOT contain Diacetyl, Acetyl Propionyl, Vitamin E Acetate, Propylene Glycol, Nicotine, Tobacco, or Cannabinoids.

That red liquid is the natural color of the B12 solution. Vitamin B12 is naturally red and that's where the color comes from. As a part of using the device, small amounts of liquid may make it to the mouthpiece, mostly through condensation. This is perfectly normal, safe to consume, and you can continue to use the product as normal.

Unlike our disposable diffusers, our pod system includes replaceable pods that are used with a rechargeable battery.

Our Breathe Bars are rechargeable, but not refillable. This has the advantage of never leaking and being able to use every last drop of B12 juice, but the disadvantage that it cannot be refilled - you have to buy a new one when it's out of B12.

Our Bar should last ~5000 puffs each.

Our refillables should last ~1000 puffs per pod,

Our disposables should last ~200 puffs each.

We are NOT FDA approved as a smoking cessation device.

By default, all purchases are one-time only. However, if you wish to subscribe and save money through automatic monthly shipments, you can do so by selecting an eligible product (disposable units and refill pods) and choosing the subscription option before proceeding to checkout.

We do not play cancellation games or use tricks to trap you into subscriptions. You can cancel at anytime and at no penalty.

Unless you specifically select the subscription option, your purchase will be one-time only (not a subscription).

If you have a rechargeable unit, make sure you have tried recharging, and if even with a full battery you are not getting anything out, it means it is out.

For disposables, whenever you stop getting anything out, it's time to replace it.
