Refund policy

Returns and Final Sale Policy

All Sales Final. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except as expressly described below.

Customer Support. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us. While we do not guarantee a refund or replacement, we will review your request and, where appropriate, work with you in good faith to try to accommodate you.

Opened or Used Products. We do not accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or otherwise altered from its original, sealed condition.

Courtesy Returns for Unopened Products. As a courtesy, we may accept returns of products that are sealed, unused, and in their original condition if the request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery. Any such return must be approved in advance by us. Approved returns may be subject to additional conditions, including proof of purchase and proof of condition upon return.

Return Window. The 14-day period begins on the date carrier tracking confirms delivery.
